The trial
The first 14 days unlock everything, with no card. After that StreamPort still opens with your scenes and settings, and going live and recording need a plan.

Open Settings → License, type the email address you bought with and press Email me a code. Enter the 6-digit code and you are signed in. There is no password to remember, and if you lose track you just sign in again.
Prefer a key? The email also contains a license key you can paste under Use a license key instead. It works the same way and on the same two Macs.
Your Macs
One license works on two Macs, and Settings → License lists them. To use StreamPort on a different Mac, press Sign out of this Mac on one of them, or sign in on the new Mac and choose which Mac to remove. A removed Mac can no longer go live or record until it is signed in again.
A signed-in Mac checks in with the license server about twice a day. If it has been offline for 30 days it asks you to reconnect; shorter outages never interrupt a show.
Subscriptions
Manage or cancel from Settings → License → Manage subscription (opens the secure billing portal). If a renewal fails, StreamPort keeps working for a few days while you update your card. StreamPort checks your license when it can; it works offline and never stops a show because of a network problem.
Refunds
See the refund policy.
